When raising a leaf-sprung front and rear Hilux, the EFS Hilux adjustable torque arm (diff locator) should be installed on all road-driven Hiluxs. This will lengthen the life span of your front leaf springs by preventing the pre-loading of the front suspension when braking and cornering.

The standard locator usually isn’t long enough and will pull down the suspension.

The EFS torque rod uses compliant rubber bushes for maximum articulation, being fully adjustable to suit heights up to 3". Anything over a 3" lift will require a custom-made torque arm.
